This project was conducted to improve the delivery of local infrastructure services by local authorities in the Northern and Eastern provinces of Sri Lanka in an accountable and responsive manner.
NELSIP project was comprised of five major components: Infrastructure services, Institutional accountabilities, Building capacities, Assessment and evaluation, and Project Management. As the team leader, all the project documents such as the inception report, implementation plan, project progress documents, business plan, project completion reports etc. were prepared in collaboration with the staff and guided the staff to achieve the project goals successfully as planned.
